Q. Do you store all the products?

A. NO… we always strive to provide the most fresh of the products. Therefore, we procure after we get orders so that you can get the feel and enjoy the freshness.

 

Q. Where do you buy from?

A. Flagship Stores… We prefer to buy products from flagship stores across India. This assures us high quality and freshness delivered, though, at times, it costs us more on logistics.

 

Q. Are the pricing on the website equal to MRP?

A. No… We procure the material from stores, our platform provides you a service of multi-brand aggregation so we add a minor product handling charges.

 

Q. What is the Shipping time required?

A. 3 to 7 working days… Shipping time depends on the location of delivery and the variety of products ordered. Our team will get in touch with you in case of issues with respect to availability of products (if case be).

 

Q. Who are your shipping partner?

A. We ship only through reputed shipping companies like FEDEX, DHL, Aramex, etc.

 

Q. Do you share shipment tracking details.

A. Yes… All our shipments have a tracking number.

 

Q.Is there a way to order products not listed on website?

A. Yes… You can contact us from here and we will try to go an extra mile to help you.

Q. What if a perishable product gets soiled in shipping?

A. If the product gets soiled due to delay in shipment (a rare possibility) we will refund you the respective amount of the product. However, if the shipment is on time and the product is soiled, we will help you raise the matter to the manufacturer.

 

Q. What is the mode of refund.

A. The refund gets credited to the same account (Bank or Credit Card) from where the payment is made. The refund gets processed within 7 working days from when we mutually agree to refund and respective amount.
