Thalipeeth Bhajani with Suhana Thalipeeth mix is a quick and easy way to make this traditional Maharashtrian dish. The Suhana Thalipeeth mix is pre-roasted and ground, so it is ready to use right away and relish!
Ingredients Required:-
- 1 cup Suhana Thalipeeth mix
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Oil for greasing the pan
How To Cook Suhana Thalipeeth Bhajani in 15 minutes:-
- Make a paste of green chilli, garlic and ginger with little water if required.
- Mix onion, coriander, turmeric, salt and above paste as per taste with Suhana Thalipeeth Bhajani in a bowl.
- Add water in parts and mix well to form a soft dough. Divide dough into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
- Take a moist dough and flatten each portion with a finger on a moist thick polythene sheet or muslin cloth, into semi small round circle.
- On hot tawa spread 1 tbsp oil evenly. Lift the muslin cloth and gently place it with the Thalipeeth side touching the tawa. Carefully remove the muslin cloth from the flattened Thalipeeth.
- Spread a little oil on the sides of Thalipeeth and cook on low heat for a minute. Turn the Thalipeeth and cook the other side for a minute or till crisp golden brown.
- Serve hot Thali Peeth with white butter, curd, or chutney of your choice.
Tips
- For more crispy taste you can also add Suhana Red Chilli Powder in Mix.
- After opening transfer contents into an airtight container. Store in a cool and dry place.
